This page gives practical guidance for using axtar.ai and common questions. For legal details, read the full terms of use.
axtar.ai is an AI-powered listings platform: natural-language and voice search, assisted listing text and fields, in-app messaging, and a tailored experience. The goal is to help you find and publish the right ad faster, not just scroll a list.
Tip
- Core flows: search from the home page (type or microphone), “Post ad”, sign-in with Google or email and password.
- In your account: listings, listing limits, favorites, messages, follows, profile, and settings (language, notifications).
- Interface in Azerbaijani, Russian, or English; light/dark mode toggle in the header.
Search: plain language and voice
Type the way you would speak. The system can map your intent to category, brand, and price without stacking many manual filters first.
The microphone button turns speech into text and runs search; the browser asks for permission once. Works best in Chrome or Edge.
Mention product type, budget, city, year, and must-have details in one query. If results are sparse, some filters may be relaxed — a short note explains what changed.
Tip
- Two to four focused sentences often beat a vague one-word search.
- For voice search, speak clearly in a quiet environment.
- You can refine in steps: model first, then price.
Account, sign-in, profile
You sign in with Google or with email and password. If you registered with email, use the same credentials next time; if you used Google, choose “Continue with Google”.
Add your name, email, and optional phone in the profile to make buyer contact clear.
Posting listings may require accepting the terms of use; the acceptance date appears in your account profile.
Posting listings and AI assist
On “Post ad” you have two paths: the manual form and the AI listing assistant (/elan-ver/ai). In the assistant flow you provide photos, price, and condition — AI suggests brand, category, title, and description; you review before publishing.
The manual form also offers AI text improvement and photo design. In both cases you must verify price, condition, and address yourself.
AI assistant credits depend on your plan: analysis does not consume a credit; successful publish does. Free plans include periodic gift credits; paid packs add more.
Publishing is moderated. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal content is not allowed — AI-created listings go through the same checks.
Tip
- Good lighting and honest photos build trust — especially in the AI assistant flow.
- Clear price and payment terms avoid disputes later.
- When credits run out, switch to the manual form; check remaining capacity under “Listing limits” in your account.
Account, limits, and favorites
Track active listings, edits, and moderation status in your account. The “Listing limits” tab shows parallel slots per main category and what remains.
Favorites holds heart-saved ads. Settings cover interface language (az/ru/en) and notification preferences (e.g. new messages).
The “Böyük” plan includes an analytics tab for listing performance.
Messages and seller follows
On a listing, “Message on platform” starts a chat with the seller. Threads live under the Messages tab; you can attach photos.
You can follow seller or business profiles — following and followers appear under Follows. You can also start a chat from a profile page.
Message sound and other notification options are in account settings.
Tip
- Be cautious with requests for full off-platform payment in chat.
- Deleting a thread removes it from your list — this cannot be undone.
Safer buying and selling
Do not pay strangers in full before you see the item. Meet when possible, inspect, then pay. Rushed, ultra-cheap, online-only offers are high risk.
The platform connects parties; the legal and money side of the deal is between you. Report abuse and we will act per policy.
Technical issues and contact
If a page will not load or sign-in fails, refresh, check your connection, and try again. For email sign-in, verify your password; for Google, use the same Google account.
Voice search issues: check microphone permission in the browser, use Chrome/Edge, and retry in a quiet place.
Email support with what you did, your device, browser, and time — it speeds up triage.
