1. General terms
These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern use of the axtar.ai internet platform (“Platform”). The Platform is an AI-powered classifieds service in the Republic of Azerbaijan: users can post listings, search in natural language, and use AI assistants.
By using the Platform — including visiting the site, creating an account, posting listings, searching, or using paid services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms.
axtar.ai may update the Terms. The new version takes effect when published on the Platform. Users may be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Only persons aged 18 or older, or minors with written consent of a legal guardian under their supervision, may use the Platform.
Paid promotion and subscription services (listing bump, VIP, Premium, and other packages) are governed by a separate “Offer”. The full text is published on the Offer page. When using paid services, both these Terms and the Offer apply.
2. Account, registration, and security
Accounts are created and managed with email and password or through Google. You must provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
Users who sign in with Google must add an Azerbaijan mobile phone number to their profile to post listings and use full account features.
Do not share account credentials (session, password, etc.) with third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact axtar.ai immediately.
As a rule, one user maintains one account per email address. Creating accounts with fake or someone else’s identity data is prohibited.
Keep profile information accurate and up to date where possible. Some features require an active account and acceptance of the Terms; the acceptance date is shown in your account area.
Acceptance of the Terms may be recorded on the server. Acceptance may be required for full access to the Platform.
3. Posting listings
By posting a listing you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of its content — title, description, price, photos, and attributes — and for compliance with the laws of Azerbaijan.
Only one active listing per product, service, or item is allowed. Copies, duplicates, and misleading posts may be removed or kept unpublished.
Put contact details (phone, email, social links) only in the fields provided. Do not place them in the title, main body, or on photos.
Listings must meet technical minimums: title length, description size, main photo quality. Failure may leave a listing “Unpublished” or return it for edits.
After submission a listing may go through automatic or manual review. Only listings with “Published” status after successful review appear in the public catalog.
A published listing stays active for 30 days. After expiry it is hidden from the public; restoration depends on your plan limits and current Platform policy.
On the free plan each main category allows up to 3 active slots at once. When the limit is full, new listings may stay unpublished until a slot opens or paid placement is used.
Posted dates are shown consistently: “Today” and time for today; “Yesterday” and time for yesterday; after 2+ days — calendar date only (e.g. 24 April), without year or time.
You may edit a listing or send it to the archive (withdraw it). After you save edits, the listing may re-enter review depending on its status. An archived listing is not permanently deleted and may be restored where applicable.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not post, share, or promote: goods or services illegal under law; weapons and explosives; drugs; stolen goods; counterfeits; listings for licensed activities without authorization.
No abuse, discrimination, hate or violence, content harmful to children, or intimate material without consent.
No spam, automated bulk posting, fake reviews, manipulative pricing, or collecting or sharing others’ personal data without consent.
No unauthorized interference with infrastructure, APIs, or security; no malware; no mass scraping with bots.
If rules are broken, axtar.ai may remove listings, refuse publication, stop promotion, or suspend or permanently block an account without notice.
5. AI services
The Platform provides AI-assisted search, text and attribute suggestions, image analysis, category assignment, text improvement, and moderation assistance. These are assistive tools; you make the final decision.
Review and edit AI-generated titles, descriptions, categories, brand, and model before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish based on AI output.
The AI listing assistant uses credits. The free plan includes 3 gift listing-assistant credits per 30-day period; paid plans add credits. Listing assistant, text rewrite, and image design may use separate credit pools. Limits are shown in your account and at checkout.
AI may parse your query and suggest filters. Results depend on the listing database; the Platform does not guarantee perfect or complete results.
Images and files are sent to AI services only to provide the feature. axtar.ai may integrate AI providers under appropriate contracts and security requirements.
axtar.ai is not liable for direct or indirect damage from AI outages, delays, errors, or unsuitable output, but works to fix technical issues.
6. Paid services and subscription
The Platform offers free and paid packages: subscriptions (listing quota, AI credits), listing bump, VIP, Premium, and other promotion packages.
Prices, duration, and activation terms are shown at checkout and explained in detail on the Offer page. Payment is in AZN; paid services are non-refundable.
Bonus ad balance and its usage rules are described in the Offer.
Paid services may improve visibility but do not guarantee a sale, transaction, or specific view count.
Promotion may be paused or cancelled for listings that violate the Terms. Extra benefits may end when a subscription expires.
7. Privacy and personal data
We may process phone number, name, email, profile data, listing content, uploaded photos and files, search queries, favorites, messages, payment history, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, session identifier, etc.).
Data is used to run the Platform, identify accounts, publish and moderate listings, show search results, send notifications, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service.
Personal data is not sold to third parties without consent except where required by law. Sharing may occur under legal requirement, with your consent, with trusted processors (hosting, payments, AI), or through your public listing.
The Platform may use cookies for session, language, theme, and analytics. Restricting cookies in the browser may disable some features.

8. Intellectual property
The Platform design, logo, code, database structure, UI elements, and the name “axtar.ai” are axtar.ai’s or the licensor’s intellectual property. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
By posting content you grant axtar.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, index, moderate, promote, and retain it as required by law.
You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party copyright, trademarks, or privacy. axtar.ai may temporarily remove content on complaint.
9. Liability and disclaimer
The Platform is an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Deals, payment, delivery, and warranties are between users. axtar.ai does not guarantee product quality or seller reliability.
The Platform is provided “as is”. axtar.ai does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully suitable operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, axtar.ai is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.
axtar.ai is responsible for user content only to the extent required by law. Users are fully responsible for their listings and conduct.
Report suspected fraud or illegal activity to axtar.ai and to law enforcement without delay.
10. Moderation and termination
axtar.ai may review listings, profiles, and activity, run moderation, refuse publication, request edits, or remove content.
For violations, complaints, legal requests, or security risks an account may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.
You may delete your account or withdraw listings. Some data may be retained as required by law after deletion.
To appeal a moderation decision, contact [email protected] with reasons. axtar.ai will review but is not obliged to reverse every decision.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be heard in the courts of Azerbaijan at axtar.ai’s registered location unless law provides otherwise.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
