1. General terms
This offer sets the terms for purchasing and using paid services on the axtar.ai platform (“Platform”): subscription plans, listing promotion services (bump and Fürsət), personal account balance operations, and related functionality.
By purchasing a paid service or using your personal account balance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this offer and the Platform Terms of use.
This offer may be updated from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on the Platform. Continued use of paid services after changes means you accept the new version.
2. Subscription plans
The Platform offers Free, Small, Medium, and Large subscription plans. Current prices, listing capacity, and features are shown in your account and on the checkout screen.
On the free plan, each main category allows up to 3 active listings at a time. Paid plans (Small — 25, Medium — 50, Large — 300 listing capacity) provide a higher simultaneous publish limit, additional AI credits, and plan-level features (e.g. “Design with AI” on Medium and Large, analytics and bulk price updates on Large).
Purchasing a paid plan activates a 30-day usage period. Renewing or repurchasing the same plan before expiry stacks the period (30 days are added to the current active period). If you already have an active paid period for the same tier, no repeat charge applies when returning from free or another paid plan.
Purchasing or renewing the Large plan may grant a 300 AZN bonus ad balance. It can be used for promotion services only while the Large plan or an active Large entitlement is in effect; any remaining balance stays on the account.
When a paid plan expires, listing capacity and plan privileges end; however, previously purchased AI credit pools (listing assistant, text rewrite, image design) may be retained as described in the product rules.
Paid plans allow adding a “category pack queue” per main category — this opens additional listing slots in that category. Price and application are shown at checkout.
3. Listing promotion services
The Platform offers listing promotion through the “Promote listing” flow. Two main strategies are available: “Stay on top in feeds” (bump) and “Sell faster” (Fürsət).
The “Stay on top in feeds” service automatically bumps your listing in catalog and search feeds. You choose a number of days from 1 to 30; each day includes 4 automatic bumps at a 6-hour interval. The base price is calculated per day; the exact amount is shown at checkout.
The “Sell faster” service shows your listing in the search “Ads” block with a «Fürsət» badge. You choose a number of days from 1 to 30; the base price is calculated per day.
Promotion services can only be activated for listings in “Published” status. On the Large plan, promotion is sold at base price; on other plans, base price plus 25% applies.
Promotion may increase visibility but does not guarantee a transaction, a specific number of views, or a sale.
4. AI credits
AI listing assistant, text rewrite, and “Design with AI” are managed through a credit system. The free plan includes 3 gift listing-assistant credits per 30-day period; purchasing a paid plan adds credits to the corresponding pool.
Credits are consumed from the gift pool first, then from the paid pool. Paid credit balances may remain when downgrading to free. When credits run out, the relevant AI features are limited.
Text rewrite in the manual listing form costs 5 credits per use. “Design with AI” costs 5 credits per generation and is mainly included with Medium and Large plans; if the pool has a balance, it may also be used on other plans.
AI-generated or suggested content must be reviewed and confirmed by the user before publishing. The user is responsible for the accuracy of AI output.
5. Payment
Payments are made in AZN. For subscription plans, listing promotion, and other paid features, the amount shown at checkout applies.
The primary payment method is your personal account balance. When the balance is sufficient, subscriptions and promotion are deducted automatically. You can top up your balance from your account.
For listing promotion payments, the bonus ad balance is charged first (when available and eligible), and any remainder is taken from your personal account balance.
Bank card payment is shown in the UI but is not fully active yet — until the payment provider integration is complete, balance top-ups and promotion payments are mainly handled via personal account balance. The same rules will apply once card payments are enabled.
A service is not active until payment is confirmed. If payment was charged but the service was not activated for technical reasons, contact [email protected].
6. Cancellation and refunds
No refund is given for the used portion after a service is activated or use has begun.
When a subscription or promotion period ends, the service stops automatically; remaining bumps, Fürsət promotion, and plan privileges are cancelled.
If payment was charged due to a technical error but the service was not delivered, contact support: [email protected]. The Platform reviews each request individually.
Promotion may be paused or cancelled for listings that violate the rules; in that case, a refund for the unused portion may be applied at the Platform’s discretion.
7. Liability
The Platform is responsible for the technical delivery of paid services — balance operations, promotion activation, subscription period tracking, and similar.
Listing content, accuracy, transaction outcomes, and legal relations between users remain the seller’s and buyer’s responsibility. axtar.ai is not a party to any transaction.
Paid services may provide additional visibility and features but do not guarantee a sale, rental, contract, or any specific outcome.
The Platform may suspend, limit, or cancel a service in case of rule violations, suspected fraud, or technical failures.
